Yet another week has passed and so a lunar cycle. Life keeps on chugging along without nearly a blink of an eye.

What do you hear? Is there an owl hooting in the distance? a car passing down your road? or is there the sound of silence?
What do you feel? Is there a gentle breeze touching your skin? or is the wind quiet and still? Can you feel the moonlight bouncing off of your skin?
What do you smell? Is there the smell of a wood fire burning? or is there just the smell of the season - damp and earthy?
In just 5 minutes of not blinking you'll open your senses, but, most importantly, you will clear your mind. The stresses of the week will disappear even if it's only for these 5 minutes.
Now, isn't this a wonderful way to end the week?
