I am envious of all your tasty-looking asparagus! We have been able to harvest only about a dozen spears so far, with a couple more weeks to go, but most of our plants are still too young. So I'm filing away all the asparagus recipes I have been salivating over, to use NEXT spring. Happy eating!

ReplyDeleteWe've been doing the salad thing (and broccoli rabe) for a couple of weeks now, but I just put the asparagus in the ground this spring. So- jealous!
