After the storm....

Just a very quick howdy do since I'm on borrowed time for electricity.

We weathered the earthquake and Irene, however, we'll be without power until Saturday.

Hope everyone made it through the storm without too much damage.

Hope to catch up with everyone once we get juice back again.

    I am sorry that all of you are without electricity. Our home was destroyed in 2008 by Hurricane Ike...we lived for weeks without electricity and it was misery. I am hoping for a quick recovery in all impacted areas!!!

    Earthquake?!?

    I'm glad you're alright. I used to live in Florida, and sometimes preparing for a bad storm took more out of you than the storm, but better safe than sorry.

    Hope the old homestead didn't suffer too much and your animals are all alright.

    Oh my gosh. I am really sorry to hear you have no electricity. I know how terrible that is.
    I hope you get power sooner. They're almost finished restoring power here so hopefully they will all come up there and help you all.
